本條款適用於花火工作室 FireSparkle.Studio（Apple 開發者：Yung Wen Cheng）提供的《名牌指南 Luxury Guide》。生效及更新日期：2026 年 10 月 29 日。App Store 取得之 App 授權依 Apple 標準使用者授權合約（Standard EULA）；本頁補充本服務的使用方式，不排除強制適用的消費者權益或開放原始碼授權。
These terms cover Luxury Guide provided by FireSparkle.Studio (Apple developer: Yung Wen Cheng). Effective and updated: 29 October 2026. Apps obtained through the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard EULA. This page supplements service-use information without limiting mandatory consumer rights or open-source licenses.
2. 可用功能與教育用途 / Available features and educational use
目前版本提供品牌與創辦人介紹、單品系列圖鑑與比較、課程、詞彙、測驗、本機收藏與筆記、手動價格試算、選購參考和地圖搜尋。內容供一般教育與參考，不是商品鑑定、投資、法律或稅務專業意見。App 不販售、代購、預訂或保證商品，也不提供官方認證。部分內容為入門整理，可能有錯誤、缺漏或未及更新；請查看所附來源並向相關品牌確認重要資訊。
The current version provides brand and founder introductions, product-family references and comparisons, lessons, glossary entries, quizzes, local saves and notes, manual price scenarios, buying guidance and map search. Content is general educational information, not authentication, investment, legal or tax advice. The app does not sell, source, reserve or guarantee products, or issue official certifications. Introductory content can contain errors, omissions or outdated information; consult cited sources and brands for important details.
3. 價格與店家結果 / Price scenarios and place results
價格試算依你輸入的價格、匯率、退稅及費用計算，不提供即時報價、可退稅資格或最終成交價保證。未知費用不是零元。地圖結果來自 Apple，不能視為已驗證的授權精品店。請自行核對店家、型號、規格、庫存、維修、交易條件與當地適用規則。
Price scenarios use the prices, exchange rates, refunds and costs you enter. They do not provide live quotes or guarantee tax-refund eligibility or final transaction prices. Unknown costs are not zero. Apple map results are not verified authorized luxury retailers. Check sellers, references, specifications, availability, servicing, transaction conditions and applicable local rules.
4. 智慧財產與獨立性 / Intellectual property and independence
品牌名稱、標誌、產品名稱與相關權利屬各權利人。名牌指南是獨立教育工具，與文中品牌（包括 CHANEL）無隸屬、合作或背書關係。照片、字型與其他第三方素材依個別授權與署名使用，可在 App 的來源或圖片資訊查閱。請勿未經許可轉售、重製或以資料及圖片冒充品牌官方服務；依法及個別授權容許的使用不受影響。若發現侵權或錯誤，請附具體頁面及說明寄信聯絡。
Brand names, marks, product names and related rights belong to their respective owners. Luxury Guide is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the brands discussed, including CHANEL. Photos, fonts and other third-party materials are used under their individual licenses and credits, available in source or image information. Do not resell, reproduce without permission or use content to impersonate an official brand service. Uses permitted by law or individual licenses remain permitted. Email specific pages and details for rights concerns or corrections.
5. 個人資料與你的內容 / Privacy and your content
個人資料處理方式請見本 App 隱私政策。你保留自己輸入的筆記與個人內容之權利，並應確認有權使用所輸入或分享的內容。請勿利用 App 或支援信箱從事違法、侵權、騷擾或破壞服務的行為。你可隨時停止使用；清除本機資料或移除 App 前，請先匯出需要保留的資料。工作室無法保證恢復遺失的本機紀錄。
See the app Privacy Policy for personal-data handling. You retain rights in your notes and personal content and should have permission to use anything you enter or share. Do not use the app or support mailbox for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment or disruption. You may stop using the app at any time. Export records you need before erasing data or removing the app. The studio cannot guarantee recovery of lost local records.
6. 費用、Apple 服務與未啟用項目 / Charges, Apple services and unavailable features
目前正式版本不提供付費訂閱購買；Pro、雲端同步、遠端 AI、即時價格與價格提醒不得視為已提供的付費服務。未來若推出收費功能，會在購買前明確列出可用服務、價格、期間及取消方式，依 App Store 當時顯示與你的確認為準。Apple 處理其商店交易、退款及訂閱管理；刪除 App 不會取消任何既有 Apple 訂閱。外部網站與服務有自己的規則，本 App 不控制其可用性。
Production subscription purchasing is not offered in this version. Pro, cloud sync, remote AI, live prices and price alerts are not available paid services. If paid features are introduced, available services, price, duration and cancellation details will be disclosed before purchase, subject to the App Store display and your confirmation. Apple handles its store transactions, refunds and subscription management. Deleting an app does not cancel an existing Apple subscription. External websites and services have their own rules and availability.
7. 更新、責任與聯絡 / Changes, responsibility and contact
功能可能隨更新調整；重大變更會透過版本說明、App 內或本頁告知。請使用適合你的裝置及系統版本。內容錯誤、網路中斷或第三方變動可能影響使用，我們會依實際狀況處理支援；本條款不免除依法不得排除的責任，不限制你依法享有的退費、損害賠償或其他救濟。未成年使用者應依所在地規定取得監護人協助或同意。使用、資料或權利問題請聯絡 firesparkle.studio@gmail.com；若有爭議，適用的強制法律與管轄規則仍予保留。
Features may change with updates; material changes will be described in release notes, the app or this page. Use a compatible device and system version. Errors, connectivity failures and third-party changes can affect service, and support will respond to the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit statutory refunds, damages or other remedies. Minors should obtain guardian assistance or consent as required locally.
