本政策適用於花火工作室 FireSparkle.Studio（Apple 開發者：Yung Wen Cheng）提供的《名牌指南 Luxury Guide》1.0 本機功能版本。生效及更新日期：2026 年 10 月 29 日。資料或隱私問題請寄至 firesparkle.studio@gmail.com，主旨註明「名牌指南隱私」。
This policy covers the local-feature version 1.0 of Luxury Guide, provided by FireSparkle.Studio (Apple developer: Yung Wen Cheng). Effective and updated: 29 October 2026. Contact firesparkle.studio@gmail.com with “Luxury Guide privacy” in the subject for data or privacy requests.
2. 保存在裝置上的資料 / Data stored on your device
你不必建立帳號即可使用。暱稱（選填）、語言、幣別、地區、外觀、興趣、收藏、個人單品與筆記、課程進度、測驗答案、分數及學習紀錄保存在 App 的本機資料區。搜尋字詞、選購條件及價格試算輸入用於當次操作，App 不會把這些內容傳至工作室伺服器。目前未啟用帳號登入、開發者雲端同步、遠端 AI、廣告或第三方行為分析 SDK；我們不販售個人資料，也不進行跨 App 廣告追蹤。
No account is required. Your optional display name, language, currency, region, appearance, interests, saved items, collection notes, course progress, quiz answers, scores and learning records are stored in the app’s local storage. Search text, buying preferences and manual price inputs are used for the current interaction and are not uploaded to studio servers. Developer accounts, cloud sync, remote AI, advertising and third-party behavioral analytics SDKs are not enabled in this version. We do not sell personal data or perform cross-app advertising tracking.
3. 地圖、外部網站與 Apple 服務 / Maps, external websites and Apple services
開啟地圖或送出店家搜尋時，Apple MapKit 會連線取得地圖與搜尋結果；你輸入的地點或店名會交由 Apple 處理，連線亦可能涉及 IP 位址、裝置及技術資訊。App 不要求 GPS 定位權限，也不建立你的移動紀錄。點開品牌官網、資料來源、支援或法律頁面後，該網站依自己的隱私規則處理連線資料。請勿在地圖搜尋輸入不必要的個人資料。App 可能透過 StoreKit 查詢 Apple 提供的購買權限或回復紀錄；Apple 處理商店帳號與付款資訊，工作室不會取得你的完整付款卡號。正式付費購買目前關閉。
Opening maps or submitting a boutique search connects to Apple MapKit. Apple processes the place or business name you enter, and connections may involve IP addresses, device details and technical information. The app does not request GPS permission or create a movement history. Brand, source, support and legal websites handle visits under their own policies. Avoid entering unnecessary personal details in map searches. StoreKit may check purchase entitlements or restore records supplied by Apple. Apple handles store accounts and payments; the studio does not receive full payment-card numbers. Production paid purchases are currently disabled.
4. 提醒與資料分享 / Reminders and sharing
學習提醒只在你選擇開啟並允許通知後，由裝置排程本機通知；不使用開發者推播伺服器。你可以在 App 或 iOS 設定關閉。匯出功能會在裝置產生含個人設定、收藏與學習資料的檔案；若原始儲存資料損壞，匯出亦可能包含供復原的原始資料。分享單品比較或匯出檔案時，只有你選取的分享目的地會接收你主動分享的內容。請先檢查檔案，並自行管理已寄送或儲存的副本。
Learning reminders are scheduled locally only after you enable them and grant notification permission. We do not operate a push-notification server for this feature. Disable reminders in the app or iOS Settings. Export creates an on-device file containing your preferences, saved items and learning records; damaged storage may also be included as recovery data. Sharing a comparison or export sends the selected content to the destination you choose. Check files before sharing and manage copies you have sent or saved.
5. 聯絡支援、保存與服務供應者 / Support, retention and service providers
你主動寄信時，我們會收到寄件地址、你提供的姓名、訊息與附件，只用於回覆、排除問題及處理資料權利請求。請不要寄送密碼、付款卡號或非必要敏感資料。信箱使用 Gmail，郵件可能在其他國家處理；往來內容保留至處理請求及必要後續聯繫不再需要時，之後刪除不必要內容，但依法或為處理爭議必要者除外。郵件服務商備份依其規則處理。官網由 GitHub Pages 提供，瀏覽時 GitHub 可能為傳送頁面與安全維運處理連線紀錄。
When you email us, we receive your address, any name you provide, message and attachments, and use them to respond, troubleshoot and handle data-rights requests. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information. Gmail hosts our mailbox and may process messages in other countries. We retain correspondence while needed to resolve the request and necessary follow-up, then delete unnecessary material unless legally required or needed for a dispute. Provider backups follow the provider’s rules. GitHub Pages hosts this website and may process connection logs to deliver pages and maintain security.
6. 查閱、匯出、更正與刪除 / Access, export, correction and deletion
你可在 App 的個人頁調整偏好、收藏及單品筆記，在「隱私」頁匯出或清除本機資料。清除會移除 App 管理的本機收藏、學習紀錄與偏好；清除失敗時 App 會提示錯誤，不表示刪除已完成。已分享的檔案、郵件、Apple 商店紀錄與作業系統備份不會因此一併刪除。iOS／iCloud 備份可能依你的系統設定保存 App 資料，請使用 Apple 提供的備份管理方式處理。我們無法遠端讀取或代為復原你的本機筆記。若要查閱、更正或刪除你透過 Email 提供的個人資料，請寄信提出；我們可能要求必要的身分確認，並依適用法令處理與回覆。
Use Profile to manage preferences, saved items and notes, and Privacy to export or erase local app data. Erasure removes the local saved items, learning records and preferences managed by the app. A failed operation displays an error and does not mean deletion succeeded. Shared files, emails, Apple store records and operating-system backups are separate. iOS/iCloud backups may include app data according to your settings; manage those through Apple’s backup controls. We cannot remotely read or recover your local notes. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you supplied by email. We may request necessary identity verification and handle requests under applicable law.
7. 兒童、安全與政策更新 / Children, security and policy changes
本 App 是一般教育參考工具，並非兒童專屬服務，不要求兒童提交個人資料。家長若發現兒童透過支援信箱提交了不必要資料，可聯絡我們處理。App 使用 iOS 的本機儲存及系統保護，但任何裝置或傳輸都無法保證絕對安全。若未來加入帳號、雲端、AI 或改變資料用途，我們會先更新本政策與 App 內說明，並在依法需要時取得同意；不會因本政策提及未來功能而自動啟用資料傳送。
This is a general educational reference tool, not a child-directed service, and does not require children to submit personal information. Parents may contact us about unnecessary information a child sent to support. The app uses iOS local storage and system protections, but no device or transmission is absolutely secure. Before introducing accounts, cloud services, AI or new data purposes, we will update this policy and in-app disclosures and obtain consent where required. Mentioning future features here does not enable data transfers.
