本說明適用於花火工作室 FireSparkle.Studio 官網（firesparkle.com）。各 App 的資料處理方式另見App 隱私政策。App Store 開發者名稱為 Yung Wen Cheng。
1. 瀏覽本網站
本站提供作品介紹、下載連結、支援與隱私資訊，未設置會員帳號、付款表單、廣告、網站分析或追蹤像素，也不使用 Cookie。作品篩選與搜尋只在你的瀏覽器中運作，不會傳送內容。
你選擇的顯示語言會以 localStorage 儲存在你的瀏覽器本機，只用來在下次造訪時沿用語言，不會傳送給我們；清除瀏覽器網站資料即可移除。
本站由 GitHub Pages 託管。為傳送網頁、維持安全與排查錯誤，GitHub 可能處理 IP 位址、請求網址、瀏覽器資訊與存取紀錄，相關處理依 GitHub 隱私聲明辦理。本站字型（Noto Serif TC、Cormorant Garamond）放在本站伺服器上，不會向第三方字型服務發出請求。

當你主動寄信至 firesparkle.studio@gmail.com，我們會收到寄件地址、姓名（如有提供）、信件內容及附件，用於回覆問題、提供支援與處理隱私請求。請只提供處理問題所需的資料。
工作室信箱使用 Gmail，郵件可能依服務安排在境外處理，相關處理適用 Google 隱私權政策。我們於處理問題及必要的後續追蹤期間保留往來內容；目的完成且無法律或爭議處理上的保留必要後，會刪除不再需要的內容。我們不會將你的支援信件用於廣告行銷。
3. 外部連結
點選 App Store、原政策頁或其他外部服務後，該服務依其自身的隱私政策處理資料。本站不會將 App 內的個人紀錄附加到下載連結。
4. 查詢、更正與刪除
如希望查詢、更正或刪除透過支援信件提供的個人資料，請寄信至 firesparkle.studio@gmail.com。我們會依請求內容處理；如有依法需保留的部分，會說明原因。郵件服務的備份清除時程由該服務管理。

This notice covers the FireSparkle.Studio (花火工作室) website at firesparkle.com. Each app’s own data practices are described in its app privacy policy. Our App Store developer name is Yung Wen Cheng.
1. Browsing this website
The site offers app information, download links, support and privacy information. It has no accounts, payment forms, ads, analytics or tracking pixels, and it does not use cookies. Filtering and searching apps happens entirely in your browser.
Your chosen display language is saved in your browser’s localStorage so the site can remember it next time. It is never sent to us, and clearing the site’s data in your browser removes it.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. To deliver pages, keep the service secure and fix errors, GitHub may process your IP address, requested URLs, browser details and access logs under the GitHub General Privacy Statement. Our fonts (Noto Serif TC and Cormorant Garamond) are served from this website, so no requests go to third-party font services.
2. Contacting us by email
When you email firesparkle.studio@gmail.com, we receive your address, your name (if given), your message and any attachments, and use them to answer questions, provide support and handle privacy requests. Please share only what is needed.
The studio mailbox runs on Gmail, so messages may be processed in other countries under the Google Privacy Policy. We keep correspondence while handling your request and any necessary follow-up, then delete what is no longer needed unless the law or a dispute requires us to keep it. We never use support emails for marketing.
3. External links
When you follow a link to the App Store, an original policy page or another service, that service handles data under its own policies. We never attach personal records from an app to download links.
4. Access, correction and deletion
To access, correct or delete personal information you sent us by email, write to firesparkle.studio@gmail.com. If anything must be kept by law, we will explain why. Backup deletion schedules are managed by the email provider.
5. Updates
If the site’s features or services change, we will update this page and its date.
