來信請附 App 版本、裝置與 iOS 版本，以及重現步驟。截圖請先移除姓名、健康紀錄與其他個人資料。
Include the app version, device, iOS version and steps to reproduce. Remove names, health records and other personal details from screenshots.
備份與還原 / Backup and restore
在個人設定匯出資料，保留 JSON 備份供日後還原。紀錄不納入系統備份，刪除 App 前請先保留需要的資料。工作室無法遠端讀取或復原裝置上的紀錄。
Export a JSON backup from Profile for later restoration. Records are excluded from system backups. Keep a backup before deleting the app. The studio cannot remotely read or recover your device’s records.
訂閱管理 / Subscription management
可在 App 的訂閱頁恢復購買，或前往 Apple 訂閱設定管理方案。請不要寄送 Apple 帳號密碼或付款卡號。
Restore purchases from the app’s subscription page or manage your plan in Apple subscription settings. Do not send Apple Account passwords or payment-card details.
